Prenatal Pilates/Yoga helps you to control your weight gain, reduce backache, swelling and stress levels, strengthen pelvic floor muscles and may also shorten the labor. Postnatal Pilates/Yoga is ideal if you have just been cleared for exercise following childbirth. It helps to heal your body quicker, build up your strength, improve posture, increase your energy levels and it also reduces chances of developing Postnatal depression. We offer private 1 to 1 or group sessions.
