The classes will follow a sequence of postures (Yoga) and exercises (Pilates) that aim to improve flexibility, mobility, strength, posture and balance. In every class the emphasis is also put on breathing and It doesn’t matter if you are new to Pilates & Yoga or have experience, we promise that every student will receive individual care and attention that is suited to them.
We are currently offering different types of classes so everyone can choose what they feel most comfortable with:
Bigger Group Classes ( in a church halls, 8 - 16 students)
Smaller/Semi Private Classes (maximum 4 people)
Private one to one Sessions (1 or 2 people)
Private Group Sessions (3 or more according to your requirements).
Private sessions can be also led in comfort of your home, your office, park, garden or anywhere you feel comfortable.
