Pilates and Yoga Instructor in the Harrow Area

More and more people are beginning to practice yoga in order to improve their day to day life. Yoga is an ancient practice and involves breathing techniques, called pranayama, and various yogic postures. Pilates - the art of controlled movements, if practiced with consistency, improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. We understand that many of our clients still do not feel comfortable and safe to go back to the real classes and that's why we continue with our Live Online group classes as well as Private sessions via Zoom - please see current group classes timetable below:


Monday 11.30 am - Pilates   

Tuesday 7 pm - Pilates 

Wednesday 9.30 am - Yogalates 

Thursday 6 pm - Pilates 

Saturday 9 am - Pilates 

 

If you are interested in Private session or would like to attend real class (not online), please get in touch for details. We assure you that we do our best to provide safe environment.

During the classes, online or real, you will not only be led through a revitalising practice, we’ll also help you to adjust your movements so you don’t injure yourself. Our private 1 to 1 sessions are tailored to your own needs and requirements and we provide group classes for all abilities.

Our Classes

The classes will follow a sequence of postures (Yoga) and exercises (Pilates) that aim to improve flexibility, mobility, strength, posture and balance. In every class the emphasis is also put on breathing and It doesn’t matter if you are new to Pilates & Yoga or have years of experience, we promise that every student will receive individual care and attention that is suited to them. We have a few halls where we run large group classes. Small group/semi private classes(max 4 students) and 1 to 1 sessions are led on our premises in Harrow. We also provide private group or 1 to 1 sessions in the comfort of your home, in your office, school or park, anywhere around London.
