More and more people are beginning to practice yoga in order to improve their day to day life. Yoga is an ancient practice and involves breathing techniques, called pranayama, and various yogic postures. Pilates - the art of controlled movements, if practiced with consistency, improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Due to high demand for Private Yoga Sessions we do not currently offer any Group Yoga class, hovewer you can still book for Private Yoga session or there is plenty of Pilates classes to choose from, online or face to face.

Online Pilates timetable:

Monday 11.45 am - Pilates
Thursday 6.30pm - Pilates

Saturday 9 am - Pilates

Small Group Pilates Class:

Monday 7.30 pm

Thursday 6.30 pm

Saturday 9 am

Bigger Group Pilates Class:

Wednesday 8 pm

Our Classes

The classes will follow a sequence of postures (Yoga) and exercises (Pilates) that aim to improve flexibility, mobility, strength, posture and balance. In every class the emphasis is also put on breathing and It doesn’t matter if you are new to Pilates & Yoga or have experience, we promise that every student will receive individual care and attention that is suited to them.
We are currently offering different types of classes so everyone can choose what they feel most comfortable with:

Bigger Group Classes ( in a church halls, 8 - 16 students)

Smaller/Semi Private Classes (maximum 4 people)

Private one to one Sessions (1 or 2 people)

Private Group Sessions (3 or more according to your requirements).


Private sessions can be also led in comfort of your home, your office, park, garden or anywhere you feel comfortable.

As a relative beginner I was a little apprehensive as I'm not very flexible these days. However, the session was great - very professional but not overwhelming and I definitely felt my body working in ways it hadn't worked in a long time! Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Zuzka as a Pilates teacher. She's clearly very experienced and caring teacher who knows how much you are capable of, even for a total beginner like me. She explains and guides very well, and is also a lovely person! I really enjoy Zuzka’s classes.
